The company is engaged in the provision of general warehousing and storage services in Spain. It was incorporated in July of 1997 and has its registered business office located in Riba-Roja de Turia, Spain. The company's business scope includes the management of all types of warehouses for the storage and freight of commodities. Its third-party logistics offering covers palletized storage, including ambient/dry, temperature-controlled, chilled and frozen storage; open yard storage; air freight, sea freight and land transportation, and distribution of outsourced logistics. In addition, the company is involved in the leasing of logistics-related facilities, the premises operation of factories, as well as the provision of clearance, ship agency and non-life insurance services. The company operates as part of the Spain-based Grupo Raminatrans (Raminatrans Group), which is an international forwarder with a strong presence in the Comunidad Valenciana (Valencia, Alicante, Castellon) and offices in Hong Kong, as well as in Shanghai, Dalian and Xiamen, China.
